Our Business

Manufacturing of standard construction and building materials and products was the company’s main business. In recent times, this has evolved to include in-house brand solutions units for the construction sector both in domestic and overseas green markets.

Company's Regional Expansion Plan

Singapore’s version replicated overseas but staying true to local concepts and structure. Basically introducing green standards to the industry in those markets. Leveraging on Singapore’s reputation and regional stakeholders and vendors that have worked with us and share our aspiration for development and growth to push our corporate agendas. Our Malaysian producers are also in line to make their market expansion into Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines this year and their supporting presence in these key sectors that would allow us to gain a stronger foothold into the targeted entry markets lessening our barrier to entry.

Targeted Customer Segments

Building and construction sectors would be our main focus. However these would be further sub-divided into the various vendors at different levels of the development process such as waste management construction units, manufacturing of materials units, industrial development units, consultants green labelling sectors, biomass fuel segments, among other generic building materials sectors.

Our Position in the Markets

Our expertise is very niche in the green segment of the business. Both locally and overseas and we set our benchmark to that of a higher level. Our expertise and many years of partnerships with vendors who have since been key stakeholders in the industry put us above many competitors and geography becomes an advantage rather than an issue as with many others going after the same market share. Our data gathered over the years provides consistency when positioning our products and services in the markets which is invaluable when delivering on price competitiveness. Hence, moving into regional South East Asian markets such as Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines, with both our own selections as well as those of our Malaysian counterparts increases our product and brand values giving greater profitable returns not only in Singapore and Malaysia, but regionally as well.

Business Model

R&D to remain very much in Singapore while majority of production line will initially come from Malaysia. But much assembly would be able to pass onto the Vietnamese and Thai assembly lines that would then be pushed to those individual domestic markets for quicker turnover and enhanced productivity. With such an approach, pricing composition would be in favour to both management and customers alike. Lower production and logistics cost while retaining product quality bodes well for the band presence – maximizing profits.
